*Elephant Hunting in Tanzania: Tanzania allows Elephant hunting only if the client obtains a CITIES import permit from his/her country. Only Elephants with the heaviest tusk weighing 15kg. or the longest measuring 1.50 m may be shot. The trophey fee for elephant tusks weighing 27 kg and over is $12,000.00 and for 32 kg and over is $20,000.00.

**The wildebeest occurring in the north is a white bearded and in the south a Nyasaland Gnu.

Hunting of Lion, Leopard and Greater Antelopes: Two cats may only be hunted on a 21 day safari and under the following conditions as per Tanzanian Wildlife Regulations.
1X1 Safari: Client may hunt one Lion and one Leopard.
2X1 Safari: Clients must share one Lion and one Leopard.
2X2 Safari: Clients will hunt one Lion and one Leopard each.
3X2 Safari: Clients must share two Lions and two Leopards.
4X2 Safari: Clients must share two Lions and two Leopards.
Wildlife Department Regulations allow the hunting of the following species on a 21 day safari only. ORYX, GREATER and LESSER KUDU, ELAND, GERENUK, SABLE, OSTRICH, KLIPSPRINGER, HIPPOPOTAMUS, and ELEPHANT.

Please Note: While clients are guaranteed one of each species relevant to the safaris that they have booked, the multiple animals of certain species that are allowed on these safaris are subject to quota availability.
