Masailand

Masailand starts in the center of Tanzania and extends North into the Great Serengeti Plains and on into Kenya . It is mainly acacia country with thorn thickets and great open plains.
All of the Northern species are found in Masailand including lesser kudu, gerenuk, fringe-eared oryx, Grant's and Thompson's gazelle. Masailand is especially noted for outstanding lion and leopard.
